IE DevBar is an addon for designing and debugging web pages. It allows validating CSS and HTML, viewing page layout at various resolutions, viewing color-coded sourcecode as well as the DOM (document object model) source and CSS selectors that were applied to elements selected in the sourcecode or the rendered page. You can view properties and styles of elements and trace those styles to their declaration.
